had two nice brownies out of the welsh dee on monday great fun just been and had 18 holes of golf .feel fine seen the consultant and he told me to go ahead with all my planns , i cant believe i have had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago n thanks for all your messages of encouragement it looks like i will be ready for the sewin after all xxxxxxxxx
