New Rod required

My local rivers have had runs of Salmon for last couple seasons and last year I had witnessed a sea trout and caught my self while fishing for Grayling, Seatrout up to 3lb. Fun on a 4#. I no longer have heaver tackle. Need advise on a 9'6'' 7# rod, this length is ideal for over head clearance. Budget is 100 - 150 for a rod.
