Default rod building

Appologies for not having started on the rod.
I'm still waiting for my titanium reel seats, which are being made for me over in the USA.
As soon as they arrive I will get under way.

It isn't, not only am I sill waiting for the Titanium reel seats. I had a slight misshap at work, went sky diving off a roof without a parashute.
No breakages but have been bleeding a lot shall we say.

Oh dear Cap! That's not good news, sorry to hear about that. I hope that you're on the mend and that you'll be out fishing when the season comes around, which won't be long now.

Get well soon,

TT.

I'll be out on the 1st hopefully down on the Towy, heard there have been one or two crackers showing, hope the cold water keeps them downriver for a while.

Good job Cap.

Didn't know you fished the Towy, Cap? Have you just joined up?

Heard a 51" salmon kelt was found a couple of weeks ago, that must have been some fish!

Thanks Bill
But guess where I was today, back up the same b*##*y roof. Not feeling too good at the moment after stretching my inards again, what I've got left that is.
If all goes well will be on some of the CAAA waters.
Was thinking of trying for the Abergwilly beats this year. Was a member there for a few seasons. surprisingly had the river to myself on quite a few night excursions.

Have you been on the Teify after the trout yet?

Hi Cap,

I'll be on CADAC, CGMD and of course LAA waters.

I tried the upper Teifi last week, nothing happening yet, need these frosts to stop.
