New tagging data from US

A tagging study carried out in the US on salmon has shown that by extending the recovery time on release of fish the survival rate rises by 10%.

Stephen Hutchinson a fish biologist with over 30 years experience provides more information as he returns his 31lb atlantic salmon on the Hampshire Avon last week.
