Does anyone else have a problem with Otters bothering their Wake flies?

Last night twice on different pools I had an otter swirl just behind my Chernobyl Spider as I dragged it through the pool.

The huge amount of my furry friends made fishing very difficult.






You spend your life looking for beaver - and all you ever get are otters - similar fishy smell though!

We're still waiting for detailed explanation with pictures from Steffan on how to unhook them.....

Probably be useful to have first aid instructions too!

Somebody commented a couple of weeks back on another forum that they had hooked an otter and cut the line rather than land it.

Never happend to me , although the other week an Otter did decided to walk around my mates feet while he was fishing , then proceed to swim towards me without a care in the World it was close enough to touch. As TT says we have seen alot of them this year. I think on average its about 2 a night on diffrent beats.
