Squirrel Blue And Silver

A style of dressing that I have liberated from my friend Alun Rees. There are sea trout starting to move into the Rivers Ribble and Lune this is causing me some degree of personal giddiness.

The Dressing

Chassis: No 3 Waddington Mount fixed to Size 8 Waddington treble hook supported by 3mm diameter clear heat shrink tubing.
Thread: Hot orange
Body: Medium silver mylar
Tag: No 8 Glo Brite floss
Throat: Blue dyed squirrel tail fibres
Wing: Natural squirrel tail fibres overlaid with 4 strands of fine pearl flash
Cheeks: Jungle cock
