It's the Welsh Game-Fair this weekend, with the weather looking good. Should be worth a look, and is usually a nice day out.

I will miss it - 'cos I'll be fishing on the Tweed at Boleside instead !! [Driving up tomorrow pm].
I've just had an e-mail from my mate [via Blackberry - sad, but he's a busy lad] whose fishing at Hendersyde today thru' to Friday & he lost a good salmon on the fly this morning, but just before packing up for lunch had a chuck with a mepps which was smacked by a brown trout - estimated 4 to 5 lbs. not what he was after, but a pretty good consolation prize.
Roll on Thursday, I'm getting twitchy.

Hope the fishing went well Tyke, look forward to hearing of the massive catch!
What did you all make of the show? Nice enough I thought, nothing that new, but a nice day out.
