Does anyone know of somebody in the Carmarthen area who could replace a couple of damaged eyes. One on a fly rod and the other on a spinning rod.

sorry, I don't know of anyone in the immediate vicinity. I was once given a card when fishing down near Cardiff from someone that did do repairs and built rods. However, he's based in Gwent! Just in case it's of use:
