    This type of footage always invokes mixed feelings: if their nets were full it would seem like a great shame, but if they ain't it's still a great shame but for other reasons.
    A much shorter season (2 months) I note than for the coracles on the Teifi, although I'm not familiar with the season for the Teifi estuary nets.

      Yes I agree, an emotive film in many ways! However, I did really enjoy it. But one thing that is missed is the understanding that the estuary nets have played a large part in reducing the stock to what it is today by over harvesting. Something I feel netsmen in general are in denial about.
